How We are taking care of our Clients & Work Family

We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to nearly everyone across northern Nevada and elsewhere. We wanted to share what we are doing to support both our customers and employees.     

We are Processing and Servicing with The Utmost Care

  • While there is no definitive research yet on COVID-19, The CDC states that dry cleaning is effective at killing nearly all viruses and bacteria. If coronavirus acts like other known viruses, then it too is killed in the drying phase of dry cleaning, hot water wash (above 168° F), and when pressing or steaming clothing with a hot steam press. 

  • Using our air-steam and other cleaning technology, Bobby Pages cleaning and finishing processes expose pieces that meet and exceed these temperature guidelines.

  • Before handling any garments, employees follow vigorous hand washing procedure.

  • We're cleaning and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces in all locations and production equipment before and after use on a strict schedule throughout the day, every day.

  • Drivers routinely use hand sanitizers and wipe down the steering wheel and other hard surfaces frequently handled.

  • Employees are instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell in any way, or if anyone in their household is not feeling well.

  • All customer laundry bags will also be sanitized before and after garments are cleaned.

  • Due to the governors’ state mandate, customers must wear masks prior to entering any of our locations, we all need to keep safe!

Pick-up & Delivery available

Customers who regularly visit one of our Reno, Sparks, or Carson City locations may sign-up for our free pick-up and delivery service. There is no price difference in the cost of cleaning, pick-up and delivery is totally free and acts as a wonderful social distancing tool.
